Long John Silver's

I really liked how fast and helpful the staff were when I had an issue with payment through the app. My order was bounced somehow, and immediately it charged my card twice. Not only did the workers work to refund my first transaction, they still worked on my order, as per management instructions. I am so pleased that long john Silver's cares about their customers, and I think it's a welcome surprise for a now returning customer like myself.

My Daughter and I stopped in to have some LJs we have been craving. The fish was excellent and the hush puppies were light and fluffy. The wait staff were so nice and the food was brought to our table fresh and hot. We will definitely be back!

The staff was amazing...I tried the newish grilled shrimp and enjoyed it but the fish didn't hit the spot up to my memories of it

Horrible experience at Long John Silvers on William's Blvd tonight Friday Nov 14th. Went thru the drive thru to pick up my order I had ordered through the app and that said it would be ready at 7:05pm. I arrived at the drive thru at 7:05, the worker running the drive thru (Ava) said my order was not ready and I could wait outside or come inside. I stated I would wait at the pick up window.l sat at the windows for 20 mins, no contact from the drive thru worker but I could clearly see her sitting at the computer, lint rolling her outfit etc. I decided to call the store after feeling ignored at the window. The same worker answered the phone, said my order wasn't ready and didnt know when it would be ready and l can just continue to wait and hung up on me.I eventually got my food but didn't re

Service absolutely deserved a double bell ring. Greeting right away, order quickly, and delivered to our table in a timely manner. Fish, chicken, shrimp & hushpuppies were so delicious.
