Long John Silver's

We ordered food on the app (two 2-piece fish baskets, 1 piece of fish, a fry, and a chicken wrap) and when I got back home in Philippi, I saw that one of the baskets was missing. I guess it was my fault for not making the impatient person at the window wait while I took everything out of the bag that was knotted shut and checking, but still, the workers need to be more diligent about packing up orders. **EDITED: They made things right and provided a free basket. The customer service when I went inside was excellent. Thank you!

I have not been here for about 3 years or more. I was very disappointed in the food. on my last visit. However, I decided to pop in for lunch. I immediately saw a difference in the cleanliness of the place and quality of the food. I met Shirley the manager and gave her my compliments. She is definitely doing something’s by right. Hats off to her and her staff.

The review for this restaurant got completely carried by A&W this long John silvers like almost all Long John Silver‘s locations was dirty gross,and extremely unhealthy and unfresh however on the other side of things. Although the burgers from A&W we’re not that good their cheese curds and root beer was amazing so if you go here do not go to the Long John Silver‘s and just go to the A&W.

The employees shown here are operating without gloves while also eating while working. Filthy, unsanitary.

Usually great food but today I couldnt even eat mine! The fish was old and overcooked and the hush puppies were cold and very hard as well. The A&W root beer float was good and quick service.
