Long John Silver's

This Long John's always delivers fresh hot food. The service is always great and everyone there is a pleasure to speak with. I have had Long John's in several cities and states and this is the best I've ever experienced. I also love that it still looks and reminds me of my childhood with my parents and grandparents. The staff has kept that friendly demeanor of the past. I had to check the sign outside because it feels like Cheers where everyone may not know your name but will treat you like an old friend. Keep up the good work.

Staff is horrible and disrespectful I walked to the counter and the young man asked what do you want to order Bubba... I couldn't believe what I just heard, I asked who are you talking to, and he said he calls everyone Bubba. After a brief exchange of words, this staff member ain't qualified to deal with the public. The manager in the back came out and apologized for his treatment towards me, and she said she hears him call everyone Bubba. I told him I'm reporting you well here's my review.

Just like the old days! Food was surprisingly good. Hot, fresh. Got a coupon too! Staff very friendly, courteous. Restaurant was clean. Bathrooms not the greatest. (But it is a vintage location.) Overall well pleased.

I did not get what I paid for. Uber eats was fine. Now, to the business. I was shorted 2 chicken planks. I tried numerous times to call....no answer. I don't care about compensation. They can keep it. I am mad about the situation. And, no one answers the phone. I am hungry. I will do things different now. I did not get what I paid for. And after numerous calls....no one answered the phone.

5 star review! Food was delicious, staff was very polite and courteous of us having a baby with us. They even made sure to not add the crumblies to the Mac and cheese for her. We will be back and dream of the fries and malt vinegar until then.
