Long John Silver's

There was a funky smell inside even though the place looked fairly clean. The food was different from what I remember but the tea was still amazing. Maybe they cook it different out here?? The fish and Mac n cheese were good. Very friendly and helpful service.

First let me say that I am a huge fan of Long John silver's. Unfortunately the chain continues to tailspin downward. We traveled about 70 mi and ate at the Fort Smith location. We clearly caught them on one of their worst days. First, the soda machines were not working so the drinks had to be hand prepared. Several of the tiles were missing from the floor and there was standing water where the tiles what's stood. A horrible stench permeated the dining area... but the onslaught of flies made dining extremely unpleasant. Unfortunate that this chain is quickly heading to its device.

Food was just ok nothing to write home about but the restaurant is in terrible shape. And some of the employee's don't even listen to what you're saying.Been a few times this restaurant has been full of water I'm not sure how your state allows that because most restaurants would be shut down.

Ordered chicken wraps. Very good, but who serves hot chicken wrapped in cold wraps? Oh, LJS on Towson Ave, that’s who! I’d have given you a 5 star as excellent, but cold wrapping definitely a major downgrade.

The fish looked and tasted horrible. It had black particles fried into the batter. And it was old. Someone told me that the bottom of the grease wasn't skimmed.There was old dark brown fries in my order. I called back today because I wanted a refund but the district manager said that I needed to bring the food back. I threw the food into the trash.
