Long John Silver's | KFC

Maybe I showed up at a odd time but I went in for lunch and ordered the chicken tender combo. The Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were just about KFC quality but my tenders were tough, I wouldn't say even though, really hard as if they were cooked earlier and had been sitting. No moisture, just dry and the sauces didn't help. I usually opt in for just original recipe chicken since it's the signature and they rarely mess that up.

I was so impressed with the great customer service I received from my cashier, Yabets. He was so helpful and fun. I really appreciate him giving me great recommendations. Also, my order was right. I had a large order. I got napkins, sauces and my food was hot and fresh. I was a little skeptical coming over here cuz of the neighborhood and the feeling I get when I come over here. But I’m glad my reservations were laid to rest. Thanks to his service. I look forward to coming back. I have the atmosphere I 3 being generous due to the general perception of the area and neighborhood. But the restaurant looked clean. I didn’t check the restroom though so I can’t speak on that. But I didn’t feel like I wanted to dine in though. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Offered and usually made me pull up and wait while they "cooked fresh fish" 30 minutes later ( nobody in drive thru or lobby ) brought me my food. Hush puppies were hard as a brick and rhe fresh fish was so overcooked you couldn't chew thre it. $22 not alot of money to them I get it but to me it was $22 wasted. We couldn't even eat the trash and there was mo point complaining because let's face it, it wouldn't have done any good. These places should be shut down forever. They rob you of your hard earned money and don't give a damn if you can even eat the slop they serve you. Horrible and should be put out of business.

I was a constant customer of LJS years ago. In recent years, to find one open is rare. So, when I noticed one on Memorial Drive I had to stop…trying to get that old thang back…lol Joking aside, the customer service was satisfactory but the food was horrible! First of all, my order was wrong. Second, the food was hard, greasy and tasted old. I’ll never dine there again not even in the drive thru…ewww! It was gross. Made me ill. Don’t waste your time!

Food was prepared well. However, for A simple order I waited over 10mins. Drive thru cashier was nice.
