Long John Silver's

Couldn't rate anything. Pulled up to order outside. Car in front of me seemed to take a long time they finally pulled around. I pulled up nobody came on the intercom to take my order. I waited and waited even yelling if someone was there. Decided to pull around nobody in line. I don't know if the car in front of me got any food. I pulled up to window looked like they were a a little busy. I sat there for a few minutes the window was cracked opened a little i yelled a few times nobody acknowledged me so i drove away. If your busy at least acknowledge that they will be right with you. I won't be back for awhile.

Online order and they had not even started it at the time it was supposed to be ready. Girl was kinda snotty but I tried to be nice. Said she would bring it out in 10 min. After 15 I went back in. They were bagging it up. I asked if everything was there. She said yes you're free to check. So I got to the car I checked and clams were missing. Had a hour drive home after a Monday at hospital so claims were for the ride. Went in and told them and another lady was very pleasant and got them while original girl stood playing on her phone. When I got home I found that the waffles were not there either. Ugh bad me for not catching it before I left there. Also when I asked for sauce she put in about 4 of what I had asked for. I said could I have more that that? She said I will have to charge you.

It's always nice to find a Long John silver's, place is outdated but the food is absolutely delicious, The place is also clean and very friendly workers.

Maybe once or twice a year I'll crave LJS especially since the one near me closed and was razed to make way for a gas station. So while running errands I'm Peoria, it sounded perfect. The food was great, the service was stellar, but the drive through speaker was not working. I was on the road and not able to go in but was able to give order at the window. The meal came out fairly quickly. The hot things were hot, the cold things were cold. Everything hit the spot. Will definitely go again sooner rather than later.

I hadn't eaten at a Long John Silver in many years, but I had an appointment in Peoria and thought I would give it a try again. There were no other customers in the restaurant when I arrived around 3pm. I ordered a two piece fish meal, then went to sit down to wait for my number to be called. In maybe 3 minutes, a young woman who took my order brought a tray out to me. There were 3 pieces of what I thought was fish rather than two, but I thought, what the heck, my dogs could have the rest if I didn't finish it. I took two bites before thinking, what kind of fish is this? The texture was all wrong. Then I realized they had given me chicken rather than fish. The texture wasn't great for chicken, either. I didn't even bother to go back to the counter, just chalked it up to hoping a p
