Long John Silver's

This location has been in business in Springfield for a very long time and it shows why. They immediately greet you when you walk in the door and then take your order. The staff is always super friendly and they bring your food out to you when it's ready and ask if you need anything else. The food is always very good and cooked to order. A very nice place to drop in and have a quick bite of lunch if you're on the go.

Long John Silver's has been a favorite of mine for more than thirty years. This particular one only has corn,not corn on the cob. Please bring that back. The fish, chicken and shrimp are still awesome and I love there cole slaw. It is a clean place the service is great and for fast food the people behind the counter were very professional. They do bring your food to the table and they will get you anything you need, meaning you don't have to get up if you forgot something at the sauce counter they are a step above fast food. It was a good dinning experience.

I used to get long John's silvers atleastb3 times a week, now down to once every 3 months, the fries and hush puppies was so old and refried to the point of concrete, threw it away should of went back put to cold. I think im done with this fast food joints. I used to love eating everything I get more. Not anymore

Walked in at 7:55 pm , lady said the lobby closes in 5 minutes so I said so that means we can't eat inside and the lady said yes that correct sorry about . Let's make this clear we arrived inside before lobby closed and was jot able to eat inside. Meanwhile they was a couple that ordered right before us and they got to eat inside. Then I was told my chicken is going to take 10 minutes so we wait inside. This is such poor customer never again will we get treated like crap by long john silvers. She even told us she is going to kick the couple out that is eating currently. We are going to call their corporate office .

Was very disappointed. First, so much side chatter from other employees that the girl taking order couldn’t hear which then messed up order. They did get it fixed. The building inside is so dirty. Went to bathroom and changed our minds because it was beyond dirty and smelt awful! Employees loud and cussing. Learned lesson, won’t be back. They need to clean up their act.
