Long John Silver's

The wait was long and the fish was half the normal size. It’s hard to get good food at fast food restaurants in Springfield. Quality of the food is terrible. Tried to call them for 30 minutes, but the phone was off the hook. Do better!!

Order through uber eats. Everything was hot and fresh. The order was correct down to the condiments that i put on the ticket. Thank you.

First time going since the new building was built. Was excited until I got home. I ordered the fish and chicken platter so i could have leftovers for lunch the next day. 2 fish and 3 chicken. I had no fish at all and the chicken is now half the size it used to be. At least there were a couple crispies in the box. Not as many as there used to be unfortunately. When I tried to call and tell them my fish was missing, the phone kept ringing busy. Guess I will have to go on my lunch tomorrow and get my fish. So disappointed.

Reasons why Long John Silver's makes me sad... Well, they fry all their items in oil used to fry shellfish, so that's a huge concern. 🚩 Another disappointment... apparently, they've changed the size of the chicken flanks. They are now almost the same size as the hushpuppies, which brings me to the next disappointment... The hushpuppies are only half cooked, literally. No one has turned those poor puppies during the cooking process whatsoever. My last and final disappointment is that the food is really never fresh. You're getting old no matter what.

Recently went there and got two fish,chicken and huspuppie dinners. They were a little bit smaller,but not that much. I still got plenty full and the fish was awesome. My wife likes the chicken and she said it was very good. Service was quick and easy as it has gotten much better since first reopening. Probably had a few hit ups to work through. Going back soon!
