LongHorn Steakhouse

Been sitting in Parking 2 in my Blue Truck for 30 minutes. Nobody came up to me so I went inside to find they already have my order to somebody else. The lady said somebody already picked it up and left. I said, no you gave it to the wrong person then. Unapologetic she went to grab a manager. Manager said 20-30 minutes to remake the order. I left and went to Publix to get steak. My wife ran a half marathon today and was looking forward to a good meal. I understand mistakes happen but hope they refund the card so we don’t get charged for the food we never got.

Visited today, ordered the new cheesecake desert, it was given to me frozen solid. I ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken the last piece of the chicken was raw (pictured) I pointed it out to the server and he asked if he could re cook it for me I agreed assuming it would be a new piece of chicken, they took it back and re cooked it. How is that even sanitary I had already started eating it.

I asked for the sauce on the side as printed on the ticket yet they did not do so. I arrived a little early so the food wouldn't be sitting for long and would be hot when I receive it but for some reason everything was cold except one side dish.

LongHorn Steakhouse delivered a fantastic dining experience—the food was great and full of flavor, with a steak that was incredibly soft and cooked to perfection. There was a wide variety of tasty sides to choose from, and the drinks were spot on. Our server was attentive and friendly, making the meal even more enjoyable. With reasonable prices and excellent service, it’s definitely a place worth returning to.

The food was 5 stars. We had the fillet, and it was cooked perfectly. The French Onion Soup is excellent as well. However, the place is loud and lacks in the ambiance department. Our server was fast and great.
