I had a very satisfying overall experience at this ramen restaurant. The interior features a modern Japanese-inspired design, with wooden slatted ceilings, stone elements, and warm lighting that create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The space is clean and quiet—perfect for gathering with friends or enjoying a relaxed meal on your own. As for the food: • 🍜 The ramen broth is rich but not heavy, with well-balanced layers of flavor. The shrimp broth is naturally sweet and fresh, and the chashu is tender and flavorful. • 🍚 The fried rice has distinct, fluffy grains with balanced seasoning, and the beef pairs very nicely with it. • 🍟 The fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, lightly seasoned with a subtle spice—definitely a pleasant surprise. • 🍹 The drinks are beau

I will give 100000/10 to this restaurant. First and the most is food.. means how can they make such tasty food. I felt like sitting there forever, because the view of waterfront is so breathtaking. Service was top notch. I love it soooooooooooo much !!

Visited Loong Ramen for the first time and it quickly became one of my favorite ramen spots in the city. I had the signature chashu tonkotsu and I love it! The noodles are incredibly springy and the broth is rich and flavorful without being too heavy. I can tell it’s been carefully crafted. We (a group of three) also tried some of the snacks. The deep-fried prawns were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, which was a great start to the meal. The matcha drink was refreshing and not overly sweet, and the dessert was a perfect finish to wrap up the meal. The restaurant itself has a bright, comfortable atmosphere with a mix of Asian design elements. It’s a nice place for a relaxed lunch or a casual date. Prices are reasonable too, with ramen around $20, which is great for this area

I have been visiting this restaurant for the past four consecutive days, since it’s very close to me. Originally I want to write a review after I tried everything, but the services and food are really good so I wish to leave a compliment review to show my appreciation. Food are very reasonably priced. Soup of the noodles are superb. I would recommend the classic one and the Tong Yum one. Tomato one taste a bit average home style so I would say try others first. Fried rice and fried noodle they included chopped green vege, which is nicely balanced given that it’s lots of carb. I recommend the first appetizer crispy chicken wings and better seared mushrooms. Dessert is very tasty. Contains milk though so I wish they have additional options. Service is on top for this price range. Cup n

Really enjoyed my meal at Loong Ramen! The ramen was delicious—broth was rich and noodles had the perfect texture. But my favorite thing was actually the matcha slush 🍵 so refreshing and creamy, definitely recommend it. The atmosphere is lovely too. They have a nice river view, which makes the whole experience more relaxing. Great spot to chill and catch up with friends. Also loved the little extra touch—after we finished eating, a waiter came over and offered to take a instant photo for us. Such a sweet memory to take home! 🎞️ Will definitely come back.
