A public notice was reportedly sent to households with driveways deemed to be in poor condition, requiring repairs. However, in our case, repairs to our driveway were obstructed due to complaints submitted by our neighbor, who is currently involved in a disputed and unfounded lawsuit concerning control over our driveway. Based on the neighbor’s representations, the County was informed that a court order allegedly exists preventing any improvements to our property. Relying solely on these allegations, County personnel refused to allow repairs to our driveway, despite the fact that no valid or enforceable court order has been presented to us. At the same time, the same neighbor was permitted to not only repair his own driveway but also undertake work on the adjacent sidewalk. This unequal

To County was instructed to go to the Neighbourhood and fix every driveway that is broken and it’s not by the code, etc. Everyone got their driveway fixed. They came and even cut the concrete in front of my driveway then they stopped all work.. The employee name Shawn Rios, Refuse to take my calls, never returned my emails. He was yelling and screaming at me, because he was intimidated by sick neighbor next-door, who made it in and putting in so many reports Against my property. All fake and frivolous report reports. How could a county employee not do their job? How could county employee be intimidated? By allegations made from one household against the other. Wouldn’t these be considered fraud and extortion? Against the citizens
