The servings are large, food came out in good timing. The mole sauce was very good. The meat had an old smell to it and had no flavor. The server jodan was attentive and quick. A place to eat every so often as it really didn’t stand out as a good spot for a great breakfast

While visiting from Seattle, I had the chance to eat at Los Compadres, and it completely hit the spot for authentic Mexican food. I ordered the shrimp fajitas, which were flavorful and came in a very generous portion - so much so that no one in my party was able to finish their dish. The real standout, though, was the house-made corn tortillas. They were soft, fresh, and absolutely delicious, easily the highlight of the meal. The drinks were just as good — both the horchata and the jamaica were refreshing and perfectly made. Service was quick and friendly, adding to the overall great experience. Delicious food, great service and environment is tops! Only thing is I suggest you bring warm clothes. The AC was so cold that even I was feeling cold, and I'm a person who likes it cold. I have the AC at home at 70° or 68°. Could be, because we were sitting right under the air vent. Other than feeling like we were in a refrigerator, everything else was great! I'll be back, but with a jacket or sweater! I have been to their other locations, so I know their food is good!

The restaurant is obviously a neighborhood favorite and has a vibrant, festive atmosphere. It's busy and loud in a good way. Despite how crowded it was, service went smoothly and never seemed hurried, and it immediately felt welcoming. We had a somewhat family-style meal. The carne asada con enchilada that I ordered was hot, tasty, and incredibly satisfying. The enchilada gave the plate a finishing touch of comfort food, and the steak was cooked to perfection.
