Los Compadres - White Stone

Friday evening service, warm greeting at the door and promptly seated. Immediate service. Great selection of food and drinks! They set out tortilla chips with salsa and white sauce…both delicious but also has spice to it. Still very tasty. Food came out nice and hot, also very good. Something I’ve never seen before, when checking out, they provide a QR code that you can pay via Toast on your phone. Super convenient. Will come back soon!

The lowest quality Mexican food I’ve ever had. Quite literally 3 steps below Taco Bell. We were the only table on a Saturday night at 6:30 PM and the service was lousy at best. More than anything, we are completely dumbfounded this place is surviving. Not one person at our table was able to eat their food.. Hopeful for a better future for this establishment.

Service was great, however my husband ordered the Chicken wings. He had just bitten into the first before turning it to me and asking if it was fully cooked. That thing was purple at the bone. He tore open another with his fork and the second one still had blood coming out at the center. He sent it back and we could hear one of the cooks arguing in Spanish about how they had cooked it all the way and so on. 20 minutes later they sent back the same chicken, only difference being they just dropped it back in the fryer for a couple more minutes. Other than that the food was good and service was good.

My wife and I went there for dinner tonight. It sounded and appeared they were cleaning up an hour before close and we asked the server if we could seat down for dinner and he said that was fine. I ordered some chicken wings as an appetizer for us and when we got them the wings were way undercooked. I took them up to the bar and explained that the wings were not done. My wife and I could hear the cook and server, since we were the only customers in their restaurant, arguing in the kitchen, my wife knows Spanish and could tell they were arguing about the wings saying they were done, although the wings were still bleeding when sent back. The main course was subpar and my wife noticed one of the staff members smelled of marijuana while she was trying to eat. We boxed up the wings and went hom

Stopped in for dinner. Have been to the other locator, in Locust Hill, many times. The food here (and there) was excellent. Compadres Burrito is big and delicious. Pacifico and a water complimented it well. Place was vibrant, bright and well-attended. We will be back.
