Los Gorditos Mexican Food #1

Heard great things about Los Gorditos so I was excited to try them out. Ended up ordering an asada burrito which was $13.. initial thoughts were that this was a bit pricey but figured it'd either be massive or the quality would reflect the price. Overall, it was below average in taste. Portion was similar to any other burrito - nothing special. The meat was dry, there wasn't enough of it, and there was far too much rice in my burrito. Salsa was also a bit watery. I probably wouldn't go here again. I think the disparity is quite large in terms of the quality not matching the price.

My crew n I love this place. We come here for lunch 2-3x a week. From tacos, quesadilla, birra taco tortas, nachos n fries. Chicken taste fire with the mesquite wood they cook it with. They have been new on the weekends and sometimes Monday. Then they have specials throughout the week. Lady's and Guy is Nice. They even did TikTok pizza taco meat for use too

Delicious 🤤 Asada Tacos had great flavor and tasted fresh off the grill. What I love is that their salsa doesn’t overpower the food. It compliments it so you’re still tasting all flavors of the meal and have that pow of the salsa. Menudo was the CLEANEST menudo I have had from a restaurant. Did not tasty greasy, clean tripe, put the lime, onion, oregano onto top and its mouth watering.

Will continue to go here. Had Tripa n Birria tacos, have to try the others no for sure.

Delicious food. Good size portions for what you pay for. I have been here a couple times and it never disappoints. Edit: had to lower my review. Prices are insane now, I'd rather go to a restaurant.
