Rude. La mujer contestando el telefono cae de lo mas pesada. The woman who answered the phone did not answer when Google called her from the Reserve a Table button online service, so I called the restaurant directly to see it they were open (it's Veteran's Day). The woman answered rudely saying obviously they are open if she is answering the phone. Obviously Google Business phone numbers are sometimes the owners directly or can be routed to an answering service, so no it's not obvious if they are open, especially when you didn't answer the phone before. She said they don't have a "Reserve a Table" option on Google which obviously we can all see they do! Attaching the Google text I received proving they in fact DO have a reserve a table option on Google Business which they don't honor. Hope
Ordered "churrasco" and I think they gave me a piece of shoe. It was so hard to chew I could not tear it apart. Beef jerky was more tender than that. The man in there has no costumer service values. He just stares at you. The cook and the server are great people though. The cook is amazingly friendly and the bartender is humble and outgoing. I don't know what happened guys... It used to be good. Won't be back, sorry.
I Absolutely love Salvadoran food. I called trying to do a pick up order. They lady was so rude she said she didn’t speak English perfectly and then hung up on me. Not trying to assist me or find someone else to. I know how to ask for the food I’m ordering in Spanish but she didn’t even give me a chance, I really wanted to try their food. Hopefully she changes her attitude.
First of all I had to wait 40 min to get my order the atmosphere was so dirty the kitchen also very vintage did not like the repollo there tasted so bad and the sauce it tasted horribly
Great Salvadorian food and friendly workers. Bought take out so cannot share a dine in experience. Would recommend at the very least for takeout.
