Los Jaliscos

Wow! Such amazing and flavorful food! And top notch service! We tried the Nacho Fries with Asada and the Quesadilla with Carnitas. Both were great! Every salsa was exceptional. We like spice, and none were too spicy, just very flavorful and fresh. There was even a small mix up where we asked for no onions, and some onions ended up in our quesadilla, which was fine. We were picking a couple of the onions out, they saw us doing so, and they immediately offered to remake it (which was unnecessary), but goes to show they want you to like your food. They are a truck but they have a small tent available with two tables to eat in, with a heater. We didn't mind the weather but they noticed the heat wasn't on, and apparently the propane was empty. So someone went and got a new one to turn it on

Got out of a show and most places were closed. Los Jaliscos was open and ready to serve, its a taco truck! Probably one of the best "super burritos" i've eaten, along with some delicious horchata to chase it down.

Ordered a carne asada Quesadilla with no pico. Received my order loaded with pico. Greasy tortilla and many fat chunks in the meat. My poop was green the next day fyi. Service was fast and nice but they need to listen better and possibly use better quality ingredients.

SOLID burrito. Got the super burrito carnitas. Zero complaints, it's excellent.. I been coming in the area often and late night food options are terrible. Now there is one good option!
