Los Molcajetes Bar & Grill

We had tortilla soup, pellizcadas and quesabirria tacos. The pellizcadas were 5/5, very flavorful. Quesabirria tacos were good, nothing special and the consome lacked a little flavor so I'd say 4/5. The tortilla soup was more of a veggie soup and lacked flavor; if I ever go back I definitely would not get the tortilla soup 2/5. Staff was very friendly and we were seated fairly quickly. Theres plenty of seating indoors as well as there is outdoor seating available and bar. I would recommend this place for good mexican food.

Food is good. Server placed us in back, we rarely saw him. Had to remind him to bring drinks. Parking is very limited

The food was good and satisfied cravings of seafood enough to make it justifiable for the price, but it wasn’t super amazing (but I did eat all of the main, so what does that really say lol). Fried tilapia was good, lacked a lot of flavor but quality of fish was good. Beans and rice was okay, my partner said they were like homemade beans which is a plus. The molcajete was just okay, and the empanadas were yummy! The atmosphere was really loud, we went around 5:30 pm on a football Sunday, so it was expected. The one thing that was actually so strange was the floor was the stickiest floor I’ve ever walked on ever. So niche, but my shoes got stuck on the ground and I could hear it ripping off of the floor. Amazing restaurant. I live in a rural small town of less than 500 people, so we were pretty shocked when we saw the prices, but it was worth it. The food is very good. definitely recommended.

I had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant today! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt comfortable and inviting. Our server, Elvia, was absolutely amazing! She was super kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. She has a positive attitude and friendly personality that truly stood out and made us feel so comfortable and taken care of. She went above and beyond to make our visit special. The food was just as impressive! Everything was tasty, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. You can tell the whole team works hard to deliver great quality and service. The servers and staff were all friendly and professional. We will definitely be back! 😊
