Los Patrones Mexican Grill

So sad orders enchiladas and the first was almost frozen as you can see cheese did not melt. Called and they remade with yellow cheese still didn’t melt and taste like a bucket of salt was dumped in. Slightly worried they were angry about remaking so they purposely messed with it. Either way spent money on food I can’t eat. Worst enchiladas I’ve ever experienced. Staff seemed nice but I don’t think we will be ordering again. Don’t want to risk throwing more money away. They also jumped dump hot sauce, there isn’t a sauce or special enchilada sauce. Another big disappointment. I’ve never seen a Mexican restaurant do that.

Stopped at Los Patrones Mexican Grill in Giddings and everything was delicious! The food hit the spot and the service was great — super friendly staff. Definitely a good place to stop if you’re in the area!

Pretty small restaurant, there are to many tables in middle seating area and it hard to walk from your table to the restroom., the I had a 🌶️ relleno , the pepper was under cook and still crunchy very little cheese, it did how ever have pretty good sized shrimp .the waiters seem like there in just such a hurry while there trying to take an order or bring you food … over all it’s okay Mexican food .

Great TexMex while driving through town! Menu has a huge selection with what we got tasting excellent!

We've come here frequently and have never been disappointed, from the apps, fajitas, combo plates, etc. I would recommend it all. The in-laws recommend the seafood soup, my wife loves the pollo marisco. Enchiladas, grilled plates, rellenos are always good. Haven't tried steak or pasta, but I'm sure they're delicious as well. Staff is kind and attentive. Not overpriced.
