This place is small, but don’t let it fool you is packed with a great menu and flavors. I was craving tostadas de carne and this placed delivered! The tacos carnitas were delicious! The meat was flavorful and tender. We will definitely be coming here more often. I must also add that if you’re looking for some good birria tacos this is the place, and the freshly made on the spot nachos with guacamole definitely hit the spot!

I don’t even give reviews but let me tell you those tacos were bussin. The meat was super tender and the seasonings were good (not salty). My only complaint was that the consomé was meh but the taco itself was delicious

Don’t understand how people enjoy this restaurant. One of the most rudest and poor services I’ve dealt with. The lady in the front register was making very rue comments on me in Spanish little does she know that I understand Spanish. Maybe thinking that I wouldn’t understand because I didn’t look Hispanic. Also the “cook” was in the back cutting meat while having trash in the background!!! Also NOT wearing ANY gloves while cutting the meat and went to the kitchen which out washing his hands and using the kitchen. Very poor quality restaurant. Definitely not the best in Passaic.

Ordered for the first time. Normally order from La Fortaleza Garfield but they no longer do takeout there. Lots of Taco places around but many also owned by the same La Fortaleza guy. Found this place and one in Rutherford but this place seemed more authentic. Ordered the Biria and Pastor tacos. Both exceeded my expectations. As this is not a sit down restaurant I could not give it 5 stars for atmosphere but the place was clean and the people happy. Ordering on the phone while not speaking Spanish was perfect. The man behind the counter and on the phone was very nice and pleasant. Good food, good service. I’ll order again.

My husband and I had an intense craving for Tacos Al Pastor and this place did not disappoint. So authentic, and the sauces were top notch. I preferred the green sauce over the red. 10/10 would recommended and come back
