We had a solid experience overall. The arepas rellenas carne were decent but fairly average, about a 5/10 in terms of flavor and overall impact. However, the burger truly stood out. It was flavorful, well-cooked, and clearly the highlight of the meal. On top of that, the service was excellent ,friendly, attentive, and efficient throughout our visit. While not everything wowed us, the quality of the burger and the great hospitality made it a very enjoyable dining experience. A strong four-star visit overall

I had a great experience at this burger fast food restaurant! The burgers were juicy, fresh, and full of flavor, and the fries were perfectly crispy. Everything came out hot and fast. A special thank you to our server, Sofia. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. She made sure our order was correct, checked on us with a smile, and made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Excellent customer service like hers really makes a difference! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for delicious burgers and outstanding service. I will definitely be coming back! 🍔✨

I have never experience such a bad service before. Poor customer service from Erika L L on 9/5/2025 3:35PM Check #37. I was served a poor quality empanada. I asked the server to exchange it. She went to the back and came back. She said that she could not exchange the empanada because I had already touched it and it broke. I order meals for 3 which was going to be over $60. I have been a customer for years with tickets averaging $20+ I canceled the rest of my order, paid for the empanada I didn’t eat and the two drinks. When I asked her for the managers name she said she could not provide his name. Will never go there again.
