Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

Scott was extremely helpful with arranging my call-in, carryout order of pizzas to transport back to TN. He provided detailed instructions for preparing the pizzas, and was very generous in gifting a spinach pie for my anti-meat partner to taste. They may be less attractive works in my kitchen, but surely taste like Chicago!

Tried Lou’s bc it was great in my old neighborhood. What is this? Doesn’t even look edible. Can’t believe this is an acceptable pizza let alone delivery. Very unfortunate and frustrating.

Lou Malnati's pizza is great. Just don't risk it and order on a night when there's a big sporting event. They can't handle it. Just told my daughter to come home after waiting with 20 other people for 45 minutes, while watching others cancel there orders. Tried calling. Guess they aren't taking calls. What a show. Lou - Please talk to your VP of Operations and ask them what they are doing.

I ordered a small deep dish Lou pizza to be picked up at a specific time. It turned out great, delicious it stayed warm after drying 8-10 minutes. The front desk person was nice and helpful. My wife said it was the best pizza ever!

I wanted takeout for new years as I didn’t want to cook. The deep dish was so good and I’m so obsessed with the butter crust. The thin pizza was a hit with my son. The Caesar salad was one of the freshest salads I’ve tasted.
