Provided decent service to resolve an issue with a flag from the state and renew my license. I was charged two separate convenience fees, one for resolving the flag and the other for the license, which appears to be the standard practice in the industry. One upside is I was able to retake my photo for the license. Overall, they did what I needed and sure they will provide same service for the next person.
