To Management, I am requesting that you please review the behavior of your receptionist (Short Asian lady). She has been consistently rude both over the phone and in person. Her attitude is not appropriate for WIC services, and using profanity out of frustration—simply because a client needs to make changes to an appointment—is completely unacceptable. Please address this employee’s behavior. It is important to treat every client with kindness and respect; you never know what someone may be going through. The conduct my family experienced does not reflect the values that WIC should uphold. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The Asian lady that's probably in her 40s is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. She got so much attitude that it is hard to even ask a question. Wic is supposed to help people, not to intimidate them. Get out of customer service if you're going treat people badly.

The Lowell office😞 has terrible service and is grumpy, and they don't answer your call until weeks later. If they don't have employees, it's not my fault they're giving them so much work. I moved to the Lawrence office at WIC🙏, and they treat me super well there. I don't mind driving 20 minutes. The important thing is that they treat me and my baby well and with respect...And that service isn't really free. It's with the tax you work that you pay...

Asian female in her 40s-50s wic office floor 4 is the rudest person ever. approached her like i usually approach people nice and polite she just has a very bad stinky attitude which isnt good for moms who go through PPD.. i dont understand why she was so rude for not like i was asking for much even if i was its her job. Ive never had any complaints with wic people till i crossed paths with her.. honestly this happened earlier today but her attitude and rudeness just stuck with me , i see a couple of complains about her, wic office should do something.

As a single mother, I noticed there tends to be a lot of shame directed at us from our society at times. I have heard plenty of criticism personally about being a single mother, as if it was my fault that the biological father decided not to be a parent or present in their lives. That stress, on top of financial stress can be crippling and makes it harder to push forward at times while raising happy healthy children. With this being said, WIC Lowell office has been so supportive over the years for both of my children. They have been educational, and responsive. The staff has been friendly and efficient. I absolutely love this office and am happy to share my wonderful experience I have had with them. They help give back a sense of security, and stability when it comes to providing for your
