Customer Reviews
The pizza is definitely giving mall pizza. I added pepperoni to mine. It did the job. I'm not hungry anymore. The mozzarella cheese roll was very very plain. I even got cheese dip. (plain) I probably wouldn't get it again.
I know it’s mall pizza. But, now they microwave almost everything to heat it up. Then they finish it off in the oven. It seems like all the pizza by the slice places don’t this way now. Except for the one in Broad Ripple.
Best slice of New York style cheese pizza you can get around here. I don’t understand why people go to a pizza place and get something other than pizza and then complain about their food. Living in Hamilton co limits my New York style pizza options, but I used to work in the castleton mall and they’d see me coming and throw my slice in. My work moved and I will still go to the mall for this slice. Forever my favorite slice.
I used to love getting food from here. I stopped because the men were talking about me and my coworker (we work in the mall) and calling us vulgar names in Spanish. I understand Spanish fluently and it was an awful experience. They should all be fired. No one from our store or some other stores will be back. It's a known thing amongst mall employees and a lot of customers. I used to tip them and I was really polite so I have no idea why they treated me so poorly.
Food court is in back of mall. Hard to find, hard to park, small parking spots. I waited in line. My entree wasn't displayed so I moved to the pay line. I tell the guy what I want and he demands I restart the line and start the other side. I should have left. I waited and ordered again. Food took 5 minutes to get. Food was hot. I ordered to go but it came as dine in. The food was okay. Premade frozen lasagna and large pesto Italian roll. The portions were big enough. I wasn't able to finish the roll. They did let me get a refill without paying. I believe the business is family owned by a Mexican Latino family. Price for one meal for one person was $15. The kiosk reminds me of the old Sbarros. I would skip it.
