I love this place the empanadas with the sauce is soo good and the tres leches cake is wonderful. Ordered a torta helada for my mom’s birthday and it was so delicious she loved it ! It is pricy though but still good

Luchitas Bakery – A Peruvian Delight with Great Flavor and Quality I was looking for a cake for a special occasion and came across Luchitas Bakery online, so I decided to give it a try. The service was good from the start, which is always a positive sign. To test the quality first, I ordered a few desserts. We tried a lemon pie that was decent—not extraordinary but pleasant. The Black Forest cake was definitely the highlight—very tasty with a great balance of flavors. We also had a tres leches cake that wasn’t too sweet, just how I like it, and it was really good. After these tastings, I decided to order a small cake for $60. The prices are a bit higher compared to other Peruvian bakeries, so we initially thought this would be a one-time option. Whenever I’m walking instead of riding I discover places I’ve literally passed a hundred times. Just out of curiosity I stopped by Luchita’s. Theirs a menu available in addition to the displayed food but I only had eyes for a humongous lemon meringue pie. Purchased a slice that was rather large and it was yummy. The service was very nice. Depending on what your hunger level is I think this place can fulfill it.

Delicious sandwiches, drinks, and desserts! We chatted with the staff throughout lunch and left feeling like family! Looking forward to a return trip!

I consider myself a very observant and critical person when it comes to culinary preparation, it's presentation to customers, and most of all the taste. This establishment has surpassed my all my expectations on how a Peruvian style bakery should be and you can say... it has redefined it. Truly, in all my years I have not found a Peruvian bakery, such as this one. Everything ranging from the cakes to the breakfast options were outstanding and without equal to other Peruvian restaurants. Judging by the taste of the many items on their menu, which I had to try. You can definitely taste the high-quality ingredients. I personally recommend the tamales of pork and pan de chicharrón and morcilla.
