This is by far the worst gaming parlor on the planet. Men’s room had no soap. No towels. No toilet paper. When all 3 were asked about? The man (no name badge, and wouldn’t provide his name) running the establishment treated me like I was THE problem. Hey guy, no problem here. I will feed the slots at Betty’s and Silver 7’s and various other establishments before ever returning to your sewer. YOUR WELCOME!

USED to be our favorite gaming spot. Heavier set blonde lady was horribly rude to my boyfriend and I. Kicked us out when we simply asked her for our 10th visit bonus. Terrible service. Won't be back.

Great gaming and some of the best DAWGS in town! Laura is super friendly and the machines are hot!

Stopped here while passing through and very happy we did! Ms.Laura was very friendly and nice to us even tho we weren’t sure we what we wanted to eat at the time. But she gave us directions to another spot we inquired about. Thank you again for the exceptional service and one of the best hotdogs we have had!

Would like to give a big fat ZERO STARS. The management is absolutely rude and cruel to it's customers. I seen this first handed and had to leave immediately. Please do NOT go there. The lady manager has no idea of friendly service! DO NOT PATRONIZE, instead go elsewhere to gamble!!!!! Manager lady is NOT management material for such services. Springfield deserves better and has better places to gamble... LUCY'S, GOLDMINE, THE BARN, BAHA and many other gambling facilities!!!
