Lucy's Pizzeria & Bakery

When I lived in the city, I used to visit Lucy's often. On this visit, I ordered a scrapple egg and cheese sandwich and it was delicious. The scrapple was fried hard the way I like it!

I got a garden salad and had a big clob of mozzarella cheese on the top! It was so much cheese I could put it on a slice of pizza for extra cheese! I've never had that type of cheese on a garden salad... The ranch dressing was good.

They occasionally mess up my salad order. A grilled chicken salad, replace the romaine lettuce with spinach and no olives. They give me a sallas (with NO greens). I just have to always check my bag before I leave.

Best soup in town and the home style pizza tastes so delicious 😋 definitely should try if your in town.

Haven't been here in over 40 years! Brought my son's and guess what? Lucy's did not disappoint! After visiting the over-hyped Geno's in Philly (disgusting) Lucy's came through to redeem my "big talk" about Cheese Steaks. Driving across country for the holidays, the Philly Cheese Steak was a must have! The boys and wife were not disappointed. The service was great, the atmosphere was tight and the Cheese Steak was as good as ever!!!!! It was almost just as I remembered. Not quite a Ratatouille moment but it sure took me back! Now it's on to Diconstanzas! Way to go Lucy's! Y'all are still the BOMB!
