Luigi & Giovanni at Ellis preserve

New management team has really stepped up and turned things around. Food is fresh and the staff is very attentive. Good options for both hot food and sandwiches.

I have been meaning to submit this review for awhile...sadly. The food for the most part is good. The hot dish by the salad bar is usually lukewarm. Twice I have been asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted and told the maker yes, but did not get a toasted sandwich. The manager is awful to customers and staff. The music is not appropriate for eatery. Would be nice so have consistent grab and go items, like egg, tuna, and chicken salad. I have worked in this building for years. I miss Fabio as the manager!

Great place and very convenient for anyone who works or lives in the Ellis Preserve. The people are always friendly and they can easily adjust an order of you ask

Food is great, always different things on the menu and a great stop for a freshly prepared meal . The service is top notch and employees are personable and friendly . Alot of the items on the menu are cooked to order but they also offer a soup and salad bar ,hot bar and a hot plate of the day . This is a great spot for a quick good meal at breakfast or lunch Highly recommend.

Updated review: I gave them 5 stars two years ago, and they still hold up. Shout out to Andrew for making great deli sandwiches and wraps. Happy to have Luigi & Giovanni back here running this place. The staff are welcoming and the food is great!
