Luke's Lobster Brickell City Centre

This place was very good , we all got lobster rolls they were out of gluten free bun and as a celiac I just got mine in a bowl . The meal comes with chips and a drink which is nice it is included in the price . I highly reccomend this place.

Couldn’t give them a 0 on the food because it is actually good - when I’ve tried it. It is 7:03 pm I walked in at 7:01 pm and as I was about to order a man behind the counter said that “unfortunately we are now closed”… I asked “just our of curiosity, what are the store hours” the man responded “from Monday to X we open until 7 pm” … I told him I had been outside looking at the menu on my phone and he just said “I’m sorry”. - while I understand that the times of the store are until 7pm: WOW! Customer service I guess is none existent.

Yes, Luke’s is a chain. It’s all over the country. But it’s for good reason. It’s consistent. Delicious. Expensive - but that’s even in the Northeast, where lobster runs. If you’re looking for a good lobster roll, and nostalgia for Maine/Boston, I highly recommend. I do like their seasoning and light mayo. It’s not too heavy and flavorful.

This place is AMAZING!!! Definitely 10/10!! I came by today a few minutes before closing and boy the staff was amazing! The general manager was super nice and explained the whole menu something most restaurants lack doing. My kids loved the food as well and there picky eaters but loved every second of it and wanted more. Im definitely coming back and recommending this place to my family and friends! The vibes of this place are spot on! Thanks lukes for taking care of me and my girls! Will be back soon!
