I used to go here 3x a week to grab a quick breakfast and coffee but they have slowly been getting worse. Espresso used to be smooth but is now bitter. Last time I went they served me a breakfast sandwich that was missing half of the bun which was so odd. This time they served me a sandwich with a humorously thick slice of cheese. Also I’ve noticed the biscuit (house made) is way more crumbly and not as tasty as before. Such a bummer their quality has dropped off, they are my closest coffee shop. I also noticed they have a lot of turnover with the staff there and at times there has been only one barista there. Maybe that is why quality is bad. Another thing to note is that the prices on the board don’t match what they charge you. I noticed they updated the seating area and it is cute but h

Got the iced cool cat and lemon blueberry scone and it was very delicious. The almond crossiant was also awesome as it was filled with almond paste and loaded with almonds. Awesome items.

I frequent this coffee shop weekly on my way to work in the morning. The employees are always super friendly even while working fast to get all of us to work on time. When the drive-thru line is long they even send someone out to start taking orders and often it is ready by the time you get to the window. Delicious iced coffee at a very reasonable price as well! I love the cardamom and cardamom rose syrups. I also really love the vegan scones. The coconut scone is my favorite, but I got the pumpkin scone today and it is SOOOOO good. The "Espresso & Existential Dread" Bar ​Rating: ⭐ (But secretly ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) ​I walked in and the owner looked at me like I was a process server delivering divorce papers. When I asked for an oat milk latte, he didn't even speak; he just stared at the ceiling and let out a sigh so heavy it lowered the barometric pressure in the room. ​He handed me my drink with the same enthusiasm one might use to hand over a ransom payment. No "thank you," no "have a nice day"—just a cold, hard glare that suggested my presence was a personal insult to his ancestors. ​The Verdict: The coffee was a solid 8/10, but the emotional trauma was a 10/10. I’m going back tomorrow at peak rush hour just to see if I can make him actually crumble into dust.

I have been going to this coffee shop for many years. The workers used to be amazing! The new employees are so horrible that I will no longer go there as long as they are working. Several days in a row the girl with short hair made me wait a long time and was extremely rude. Today they took 5 walk up’s before me while I was sitting in the drive thru. I finally had to say something to get a drink and go. The girl with short hair was very rude and told me they don’t have to explain to me why they choose to serve people first. It’s too bad because it has been a place I’ve consistently gone to for many years. I don’t need to feel as bad as that girl makes me feel there. I’m just trying to get a coffee and go on with my day. I will find another coffee shop to go to where I’m treated bet
