Luna Grill Ventura

I’ll be honest — I don’t always choose the healthy option. A lot of times “healthy” just doesn’t taste that great. But Luna Grill is one of those rare places where the food is genuinely healthy and seriously delicious. I went with the Medi Macro Bowl — chopped chicken, quinoa, hummus, olives, kale medley, pico, tzatziki — and it all blended together really well. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and satisfying without feeling heavy. It’s the kind of lunch that leaves you feeling fueled instead of slowed down. I’m really glad to have this spot in my regular rotation — a place where eating well doesn’t feel like a compromise.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get a photo of my food because I was so hungry and it was so beautiful. Looks so delicious and fresh. I definitely would come to this restaurant every day if I could staff is really sweet and helpful.

Mightily enjoyd another meal at Luna. Luna salad with salmon for me and chicken plate with rice and salad, along with a shrimp kabob for my friend. We left full and happy. Love this place!

Alicia was super sweet and in a great mood . The food wad absolutely delicious. My brother took me here while I visited California and I definitely recommend.
