Lux's Restaurant & Café

We had the pleasure of trying Lux’s Restaurant and Café for the first time through Too Good To Go, and it was an amazing experience! The portions were incredibly generous—so much food for such a great price. We had the oxtails, and they were absolutely delicious. As first-timers to Caribbean food, we were blown away by the flavors. The sides and rice were plentiful and perfectly complemented the main dish. On top of the fantastic food, the staff were kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. We’ll definitely be coming back soon! Highly recommend!

Very dark, I didn't know which door to enter. I am from a Jamaican back round. I had no clue that this was a Carribean restaurant. I only picked up an order because we like to taste food from different restaurants to add to our page reviews. I did inquire about pork, and she just said it's a suprise. I just asked due to religious reasons. Most restaurants on Good to go do share this information with the customer. The food was not good it was mushed beans in a cup I dont know if this was supposedto be red pea soup. A block of mac n cheese in foil. This was the worst Good to Go order.

First did not know there was a Caribbean restaurant on the south end! Went to their 2nd Saturday Brunch! The oxtail pad Thai!!!!what! This is the best thing I’ve ever tasted! Loved the tamarin Martini. Great spot I hope it sticks around! I work at Hartford Hospital and went to Trinity college where were they 5 years ago!!! Going back over next when I stop by the DMV.
