Lyons Falls Free Library

Had a absolutely fantastic time with the kids, definitely a breath of fresh air for being a library, librarian was super nice and extra helpful, seems like a all around wonderful person!! The activities for the kids are a nice touch as well as some of the less conventional seating options (beanbag chairs and a giant beanbag) would 10/10 recommend to anyone in the Lyons Falls area especially with kids, they have computer's to use, can get books in that they don't have in a few days to a week, just a great little library with a ton of history to it, as it used to be the carriage house for the mansion next door, still even has a old carriage inside on display!!

Friendly and helpful librarian, lots of creative and fun activities for all ages. Great and timely selection of books, as well as real historical treasures (for example an entire book about moths, which the librarian found for me because I mentioned I had seen an unusual moth). A great asset to our community!

There are lots of exciting events going on at the library. The librarian is very helpful in selecting books, not only from that library but from others as well. It has an amazing collection of books for a small library, and whatever is not there, Megan is most willing to get from the North Country Library system.
