M Sushi Cary

Okay, I eat here A LOT and it's for a good reason: this is seriously the best sushi you'll find around here, period. Usually, getting this caliber of sushi requires first going to RDU and then boarding a plane and flying somewhere far away. I've been eating here for years and I'm still floored at the quality. Order the Sushi Deluxe for lunch during the week, or get the Nigiri Omakase for dinner, which is the best thing on the menu.

Last night we had dinner here. The food initially tasted delicious and the service was good, so the experience started off very positive. Unfortunately, shortly after the meal both of us became extremely sick with nonstop diarrhea. I called the restaurant to inform them, hoping they would take it seriously in case there was an issue with cross-contamination or possibly seafood that wasn’t fresh. The manager did not seem very concerned, which was disappointing. I’m not sure exactly what caused it, but I would just advise others to be mindful of what they order. Hopefully this was an isolated incident, but I wanted to share our experience.

The vegan bento box is amazing!! It took a while for our food to come through but well worth the wait. There is so much variety in what they serve you and everything tastes just soo good. I would highly recommend this to vegans and vegetarians in the area to come and try M Sushi!

Been here a few times. Always consistent with the level of service and high quality ingredients. I’m a big nigiri fan and M Sushi doesn’t disappoint. They put so much thought into their food which I appreciate. A true gem in NC.

It was my first Omakase experience. If you are looking for 5 star dining, look no further. We had the most amazing experience. The food was incredibly fresh and so delicious. Jefferson was our server and he was fantastic and made sure we had the best experience. 10/10
