The goat soup tasted no good. They included beef meat in it. There were no bones. I waited almost 20 minutes before the manager took the call. My wife and were disappointed in the rice with djondjon and the griot. It used to sell great food before they moved at the new location. The manager did not want to listen and arguing with me. I like the food, but the service is really bad. There’s no real customer service. I placed my order an hour ago. Over the phone, they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I came after an hour, and nothing was ready. I stayed another 45 minutes waiting for my food. They didn’t really seem to care about my complaint.

This was the worst food experience I’ve had in years. I’ve been buying food from you for a long time, but ever since you moved locations, the quality has gone downhill. If you don’t hire back the same staff you had at the old place, you’re going to lose a lot of customers myself included. I already checked out and will not be returning. I ordered vegetable stew and rice, and it was absolutely disgusting. I even went back to buy a side of macaroni and cheese because last year I ordered a small platter for a work party and my coworkers loved the food. This year, before placing another order for my job, I wanted to try a side first—and I’m glad I did. It was terrible. The photo speaks for itself. I can’t believe that Haitian restaurant I purchased food Gricio only 4 plainting and the Goat 🐐 meat didn’t clean properly. I’m here on Vacation but 😮 my people that’s why some the restaurants can’t stay open for long..

Customer service at the new North Miami location horrible I was serviced by Manise P (name on the receipt) she put me on hold twice when placing my order over the phone then when I arrived there waited in line got to the counter she took 2 ppl order over me because they were men im assuming and of haitian decent she felt there order was more important then mine this has to addressed due to this is a place of business to treat all customers the same regardless of race, gender or cultural decent please fix this because the food is what keep ppl coming back and bad customer service can bring the business down
