Mad Chicken

I did a take out order. I came to the location with my aunt for the very first time. She had never been here before. It was amazing exceptional Service absolutely love it. Mariam was our cashier and she was so helpful and friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products that you guys offer!

Abigail and Junka were so friendly. I was starving after a long late night shift and they both had exceptional customer service. Food came out quickly and they were very genuine in wishing me a safe drive home. Pay these people more they made me feel valued not just as a customer but as an individual.

Came in with a reward stamp card THAT THEY PROVIDED and then acted like I was trying to scam food. Why open a business clearly marketed towards black people if you're going to be weird when they come in for your products. 0/10. Came back and of course the manager still wasn't here. Had to argue to get an $8 discount - which is not honoring the +$100 dollars I've spent here nor the card itself but I wasn't going to come back for a 3rd time. so I spent the $5 difference that the man INSISTED I had to pay and got my "free" sandwich. Cook came out of the kitchen like there was a problem and the cashier dude commented back in a different language and then the cook leaves - I then kinda jokingly ask if the cooks gonna spit in my food now (he had clearly come to check in on the cashier) which le

First time experiencing this place I didn’t know what to order. The Cashier by the name Jorge 9/8/2024 help with suggestions I went with the Mad Cheese Bowl with hot honey and let me tell yall this was the best decision I’ve went with all year.
