Madras Dosa Company

Madras Dosa Company is a fantastic spot for authentic South Indian flavors. Their sandwiches are surprisingly delicious and clearly made with fresh, local ingredients. You can really see the care and effort the team puts into preparing each item. The food tastes homemade and consistently well-crafted. A great place to visit if you appreciate quality, flavor, and genuine hospitality.

Went on a weekday morning for brunch. They have a versatile menu. Limited seating available. The quality of food and quantity are both really good. We tried both a vegetarian and a non vegetarian dosa. Both tasted very good. The crepe was crisp. The place is reasonably priced

Had the black chickpea chaat without yogurt. I'm not a fan of street food generally, but it was fine. I wanted the vegan dosa, but they were out of plant-based meat. Still nice to know they have such an option.

This was probably the best dosa I’ve ever had up to this point! It was crispy and very nicely cooked/seasoned. I also ordered the pani puri which was equally delicious! If you’ve never had dosa before, this is a great spot to try it, you won’t be disappointed!

As a big fan of Indian food, it was great to find this place on Nassau Street. They have a modern interior and a vast menu. Although the wait time was a bit long, their dosa and panipuri (first time trying this) was a one of a kind experience. I genuinely love panipuri now and will come back to try it again!
