Maguro Sushi and Ramen

I had a craving for Japanese, but wanted the unusual (yes, UNusual), so I took a chance on this place, because it was on the way home and it had a pretty decent rating. I also have to disclose that this is an online order and to-go experience. The service was fine and the order was ready to be picked up at the promised time. I didn’t really try to feel the ambiance for the visit. I ordered a few basic and “safe” (but would consider as staple) dishes to test out this place: tempura, spicy tuna roll, rainbow roll, and chicken Yakisoba. Overall, yes, they all hit the standard. They are all good, but not great. Honestly, it will become the go-to 4th place and I would go back if my top 3 are all not available/long wait/close for the day. I stop here every chance I get. Food has been consistently delicious for over 5 years. Ive got so many pics of their food over the years and you wouldn't know they were taken years apart.

Great experience! The server knew ingredients, which helped me figure out what I could order (I have an allergy). He was also very friendly!! Food was tasty and came out quickly. I wouldn't say the sushi was incredible, but surely very good!! This is definitely a place I'd come back to.

Great sushi spot with an awesome lunch menu. Maguro Sushi is a solid go-to for lunch in Chandler. The portions are generous, the prices are reasonable, and the quality is consistently good. Their lunch combos are a great deal, especially for how much food you get. One standout: the fried chicken appetizer with dipping sauce — absolutely mouthwatering. Friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, and definitely worth coming back for.

Just looking for good chicken fried rice but the search continues...service was pretty good, it's a smaller establishment with not a lot of seating. If you enjoy sushi it would be a great place.
