This place is always packed, and for good reason. The food is amazing! Sometimes service can be slow but it's understandable with the amount of tables each waiter needs to care for. For us, the prices on some items seem to be a bit on the higher side but each item is high quality and the portions are worth it.

When I came in the music was blaring so loud I couldn't even think. I tried for like 10 minutes and then it was so loud I knew I was going to get hearing loss. I have autism and it really really hurt my ears. I explained and asked the bartender to turn it down, and she took her sweet time doing it. Like she didn't even care about me at all. When I asked her again, as this was actually kind of urgent, she gave me a huge attitude. It was still super loud after she turned it down. It went from 100/10 noise level to 98/10. I had to leave. I could even stay to try my food. I have no idea if it was good or not. I had to walk out. It was so loud. Also, it wasn't even the nice soothing asian style music. This was a disappointing experience. My family is from Taiwan. During our visit, a staff member made repeated and inappropriate comments to my child, insisting on labeling him as “Chinese” and “a mix of foreigners.” These remarks were unnecessary, culturally insensitive, and inappropriate—especially when directed at a child. Additionally, my wife is vegetarian and specifically ordered plain white rice. The dish served to her was fried rice containing meat, which did not match her order or dietary needs. Based on our experience, we felt uncomfortable and did not receive the level of respect or care we expect. I would recommend that others be cautious when choosing to dine here.

This used be my place to go. Then realized the bartender was only your friend to get a $20.00 tip each visit. The juke box music is obnoxious and overly loud here, especially sitting at the bar. Chen the owner nice to your face until you have a complaint … Rude miserable bartender Michelle who swears all the time and always in a piss mood. Won’t come here anymore just because of her attitude. Service can be good to terrible depending on the time of day and staffing … Food is the same great to bad.

Great food, 2/3 times we went, the service was great, prompt and friendly. Definitely a new favorite spot, food is a bit pricey but the main dishes are pretty big portions, besides the 4 beef skewers for $18. But overall its been a new favorite spot
