Mama's Grill 'n Bento Teriyaki (Shoreline)

Mama’s Grill ‘n Bento is comfort and variety wrapped into one. The Kung Pao Chicken had just the right amount of heat, balanced by the crunch of fresh vegetables and the richness of roasted peanuts. The Kalbi Bento was a full-on feast with smoky, sweet short ribs grilled to perfection, paired with fluffy rice, golden prawn tempura, crisp salad, gyoza, and California rolls. It’s the kind of generous, well-rounded plate that feels like multiple meals in one, making it easy to linger and savor. The mango boba was very good and the service was friendly and attentive.

My brother and I have been on a quest to find a great teriyaki spot ever since our favorite one closed down about a year ago. We have finally found the place! Mama's teriyaki is fantastic. The chicken was grilled perfectly, it wasn't smothered in a bunch cheap sugary sauce, and they made you feel super welcome to eat there with a clean dining area along with free miso soup. Everyone should check this place out.

I’m start this by saying. If I could put 10 stars I would. I owe a good chunk of my amazing experience to Honey. She was so helpful and so kind she made me feel so comfortable. If you’re in the area do NOT miss ur chance to come here because this is some of the best food I’ve had.

Genuinely the BEST chicken katsu I've ever had! I ordered online and had to call the restaurant back just to tell them how fantastic it was! Perfectly tender and juicy chicken, and the breading was so light and crispy. Absolutely recommend this! It was a perfect lunch to tie me over for my 12hr shift! Thank you guys! Can't wait to try your other options. I'll absolutely be back!

I ordered the chicken and beef teriyaki and it was delicious! The staff member that took my order was really sweet and answered all my questions. I'll definitely be returning!
