Mama's Kitchen Korean Restaurant of Frisco 한식 & 반찬 전문점

I ordered the Seafood Soondubu. I was honestly disappointed. It was all tofu. There was one big shrimp and two mussels. That was it. The flavor was decent but had an after taste. The fried dumplings were good. Its a good size restaurant....only one toilet for men.

Mama Kitchen Korean is such a great spot! I love the cozy, casual atmosphere and how friendly the staff is. It’s self-service, which makes everything quick and easy. The food is delicious, portions are satisfying, and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely a go-to place in Frisco for good Korean food. Highly recommend! 😊

this place is the real deal! got their soondubu with beef and got it spicy and i love that they cut up a whole jalapeño and put it in the soup. it was savory and spicy and on par with some of the soondubus i’ve had in korea. the owners and workers there were really sweet and made sure i knew where all the utensils were and how to order at the kiosk. sooooo tasty

Tried the spicy stir-fried squid, soft tofu soup, and tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes with fish cakes & veggies). Everything was flavorful and freshly made. The restaurant has a cafeteria-style setup, so it’s self-serve—simple, quick, and good. Great spot if you’re looking for straightforward Korean comfort food in Frisco.

Best place around! Highly recommend. They treat us like family here. Beef bulgogi is our favorite. Great portion size. Taste and cut of meat are top tier. Always happy to see us and that means a lot.
