I had my daughter’s Baby Shower in the elegant back room of Mama Lombardi’s. The food, service and atmosphere were amazing. The manager and service staff catered to our every need. Thank you for making our event so memorable!

It’s been about 10 years since my last visit to Mama Lombardi‘s. They are still the BOSS of Italian food on Long Island. Fine dining at its finest.

Updating my review to 5 stars after an outstanding second visit! Following a less-than-ideal takeout experience, the restaurant's prompt and thoughtful outreach convinced me to give them another try. I'm so glad I did. The chicken Caesar salad was a true delight this time around, with perfectly tender and juicy chicken and a generous amount of delicious dressing. The excellent customer service made the entire experience even better, and I'll definitely be returning to this favorite spot. You will have left overs! We had awesome service here. We wish we had a larger group so we could have tried more things. Calamari was light and crispy and the marina sauce was perfect. Pasta was good and we liked the flavor of the sauce as well. We liked that you could sit at the bar or a table and still have great service.

I have been a customer of Mama Lombardi since they were a small pizza place across the street. Their food is delicious and their portions are generous. Years ago they took Scungilli off the menu to my disappointment as it was one of my favorites. Well tonight while I was there I asked the owner Guy about it . He told me It became a delicacy and was expensive but they still have it just don’t advertise it because of that. He told me that if I wanted it to ask when i order and they would make it for me. I told him thanks. A few minutes went by and Guy comes to the table and brings me a nice dish of Scungilli, not the one that comes out of a can . It was sliced perfectly thin and I have to say the most tender and best Scungilli I have ever eaten. I can’t wait to go back and order it over past
