Manda's Jamaican Jerk Restaurant

I have been eating in this restaurant since I first move to Cape Coral in 2010. About 2 weeks ago I find out they were still at the same location so I ordered the food as usually was amazing . I ordered goat, chicken , oxtail and fish every single plate was flavorful. The onions, shedding carrots sauce was out of this world. So yesterday Saturday January 24 th 2026 . I decided to order the same food for my family. The food was horrible they was no seasoning, no taste no flavor. I am not sure who cook yesterday this person should not cook again we were all disappointed that the food was so horrible. I am hoping I can order again and hoping that person not cook again or someone teach him how to season. Thank you

First time trying Jamaican food & oh my gawsh it was delicious! My hubby got the Oxtail meal with white rice, I tried it & it was incredible, we shared a Beef Patty, which now I realize was a mistake because it was so good I wish I had my own lol, & then I got Fried Chicken with gravy rice & peas with a side of Spicy Jerk sauce(was not spicy in a numb your mouth way), everything was so flavorful, tender & just perfection, I say if you're nervous about trying it, don't be, your taste buds will thank you later! Oh n get your own beef patty, you might not want to share after realizing how yummy everything is🤭🫶

Happened to see where they were cooking their food. For me if I like to see a clean kitchen, prep area and staff. This is below my standard for a restaurant. If I'm coming to your house thats cool but a restaurant shouldn't be cooking out of a dirty, rusty old grill outside around a bunch of filth.

Food is amazing!!! I ordered the Jerk Chicken and it was really tasty. I got a large portion for a couple bucks more and it was more than enough. The goat curry over the rice and beans was on point. They have a bunch of Jamaican drinks that I'll try next time. Great spot, go eat there!

Wonderful people and delicious authentic food! I can’t say enough good things about this place. Just went for the second time and I’ll be a regular for sure!
