Manolo's Boutique Wines & Bistro

The pizzas were very good and very unique. We got the rustica and the margarita. Both were very cheesy and a little sweeter than expected. The rustica was interesting with the figs on it for sure. The cocktail was not my favorite. I ordered the tiramisu martini and they put an actual piece of cake in it. So as I went to go stir the drink, the cake dissolved in the drink and it made it very chunky to drink, definitely wasn't a great idea to put cake in it.

I have many thoughts on this new and budding restaurant here in Winston-Salem, and they are all positive. The atmosphere and space are stunning, the historic home in downtown Winston shines as an event space or a place to have an elevated meal with loved ones or friends. I have gotten to know some of the staff during my visits. Behind the bar, Chad makes a great old-fashioned, and Brady, a server, is always attentive and kind to me when I come in. I have gotten many different things on the menu, but sometimes, I end up finishing the meal and then realize I did not capture the moment before I licked my plate clean. I had a great experience at Manolo's Boutique Wines & Bistro in Winston-Salem. The venue is warm, inviting, and full of charm — set in what used to be a house, it feels cozy and welcoming from the moment you step in. We were greeted right away by the owner, Mary, who checked in on us throughout the evening to make sure we were enjoying everything. I had an Old Fashioned and the lasagna — both were delicious. But honestly, Mary is the star of the show. Her friendly personality and passion for the restaurant shone through as she shared the inspiration behind Manolo's. A memorable night all around.

Went here on a Friday for a glass of wine & a quick bite to eat with my husband & a few other of our family members. The service was quick, & the staff so kind & helpful. The place was decorated perfectly & the ambiance for the holidays was adorable. The wine selection was great (we had a red cab from Napa) & the food was amazing! We both had the special which was fig stuffed shells with a creamy sauce & topped with bacon. It was spectacular! Side of buffalo chicken soup & ceasar salad for each one, both were perfect.
