Delicious! They have such fresh and flavorful food, that is super customizable. I also love how welcoming everyone working there is. Such a beautiful environment where they treat customers like family. I also absolutely love their coffee bar where you can prep your coffee or iced coffee exactly how you like it with such delicious options! When my brother visits from Florida, this is my first stop as they have the best NY bagels!

This place has great bagels and great sandwiches. Great place to go late at night since they’re open 24/7. However, they literally don’t have a pricing system. A BEC that should cost 5 dollars costs 12 sometimes. I’m pretty sure they just look at the customer and decide how much they can get away with charging.

bro the chopped cheese is NAWT good i asked for a chopped cheese everything on it. it was basically just burger, meat and cheese. The lettuce was non existent. no tomatoes, teeny tiny piece of peppers and it was $13. i'm so passionate about my chopped cheese. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. I politely asked why I was being charged more than the person in front of me even though we ordered the exact same thing. Instead of explaining, he threw my sandwich and told me he never wanted to serve me again. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this place.

I just went there, and Before I order something I always ask the price, because this place is expensive, for Egg salad on a roll the guy behind the deli tell me $7.50 plus tax, then when I pay the Rude indian lady in the front she was trying to charge me $8.99, when point her mistake, she was mad at me, like is my fault, I did tell her to confirm the price with the guy. He did reply is $7.99(.49 cebt extra now,ok np), once again she was mad at me because I notice the price difference. But at the end she did charge me extra either way, when I pay with my Debit card,t is illegal in NY to add a extra fee if you pay with a debit card, the amount should be the same amount like paying with cash, unlees you pay with a Credit card then the fee can be apply. ans I will make a report on this issued
