I was served food on a plate that was visibly dirty, with clear smears still present. This was immediately noticeable, and I took photos at the time. A staff member asked if I would like the food remade. I declined because being served on an unclean plate raised broader concerns about overall sanitation. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable consuming food from the kitchen. I requested a refund and returned the entire order except for the drink and the only reason I did not return, the drink is because it was served to me in a plastic cup. What was particularly disappointing was that no apology or acknowledgment of the issue was offered. Clean dishware and basic accountability are fundamental in food service. I enjoy dining here. I normally get the same meal every visit (Chicken & Waffles w/ Berry Fields Mimosa), no switch up for me. Love the staff and the environment.

Good and worth coming back for a second or third try. They take pride in their unique coffee offering yet the kettle was empty. The ceiling was leaking when I went. Was spacious inside. Friendly hard-working kitchen staff. Good food. It is lacking something but it is hard to put your finger on just one thing. With a little improvement for inside sit down orders they could earn more repeat business.

This was our first time here. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. I ordered the five & dime which was recommended by one of the customers waiting in line. The portion sizes were great, food was excellent & staff was very friendly. I’ll be back.

I typically eat here and usually it’s without issue. Now apparently they guesstimate how much juice to put in your cup if you order no ice. They say they give you 10oz, however when I ask if they used a measuring cup because there are no line designations on the actual cup. The response was it’s a scoop of ice. I have not drank any juice out of the cup pictured. It’s worth noting that there is no indication of how many ounces you receive for the $4 price on their menu.
