Maplewood Bed & Breakfast

My family of 6 (myself, husband and 7, 5, 3 and 6 month old kiddos) recently stayed at the Maplewood Inn B&B for one night before skiing at Otis Ridge the next day. The hosts Patti and her husband were incredibly welcoming and warm. They were so kind and generous in their flexibility with our schedules with regards to checking in and checking out. They made sure everything was up to par. The rooms were cozy and great and my 7 year old daughter especially loved the quaint and cozy single room with built in bookshelves, reading table and lamp! We snuggled up with hot apple cider and hot chocolates in the evening. The breakfast was incredible and by far the best breakfast we have ever had while staying in a hotel/B&B. We are looking forward to making this an annual family trip each year!

We stayed at the Maplewood for one night on our New England road trip and it was a complete pleasure. The inn is beautiful, the grounds are well kept and the river running through the back is a great spot for relaxing. The room was spacious and lovely and the shower rooms were well stocked with fluffy towels and great products. For breakfast we had the most amazing blueberry pancakes and fresh fruit salad that set us well for the long drive. The inn-keeper was lovely and friendly and made us feel very much at home.||||I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone travelling in the area.

Altho, born in Massachusetts, first time in this part of the state after being in the South for 30+years. I wanted myself and 3grandchildren, son and daughter to experience a skiing trip and memories from a different part of our great country. I love quaint and this clean and unique farmhouse fit the bill . We stayed for 4 days and nights (6)of us and were treated to a great breakfast each morning. Emma and Patty were very accommodating for southern grand-kids, grits,ice tea and other favorites. I couldn't have asked for any vacation to be better. I enjoyed the snowing outside and perfect skiing weather. The night time skiing at Otis Ridge was enjoyed by all. We found Caroline to be welcoming and friendly. She showed us around the house and grounds. There is a beautiful place out back to sit along the river and enjoy the view.. Some Adirondack chairs and picnic table are there. There is a very large living room and dining room to relax in, with snacks available. We had a choice of rooms upstairs. Comfortable, large and very clean. The bathroom is shared by two bedrooms, but we had it to ourselves on this evening. There is a breakfast menu to fill out the night before and Caroline will have it ready at any time that you need it... The breakfast is amazing.
