Marble Slab Creamery

I had a very disappointing experience at this Marble Slab location. I ordered a pint, but the employee prepared it in a tall milkshake cup without telling me they were out of pint containers. When I questioned why it looked different, he only then admitted they were out of stock. A milkshake cup is not a proper substitute for a pint of hand-mixed ice cream. As you can see in the photo, the ice cream started melting immediately because these thin plastic cups aren't meant for pints. To make matters worse, the brownie mix-ins were stale. When I asked for fresh ones, the employee told me he couldn't get them from the back because they were 'rock solid' and unusable. The ice cream is super creamy and tastes nice. Not overly sweet, and mixing two or three flavors is fun. The staff is friendly and provides good customer service. I enjoyed the overall experience. The price is just under $8 for two scoops mixed. Plenty of parking in a safe location. My score a 4.4.

The visit to this store was repulsive. Nothing was clean the ice cream inferior and nothing like it once was.Completely disappointed and dissatisfied. Will never return even if I have to drive further to get a really good ice-cream and a clean environment. You know Cold Stone,never disapoints.

Dropped in today for the first time. Cool atmosphere and very clean store. Guy behind the counter was helpful with suggestions as I settled on the cookies n cream shake. Then, I noticed the strawberry caramel shortcake. I'll have to try that one next time!

Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the cookies and ice cream is good. Service is terrible. Inattentive and unprofessional staff every time I go here. Sad
