we came in on a whim and unfortunately wasn’t greeted by the man behind the counter. we ordered the cheesecake ice cream with heath bar and caramel. it was very good but the customer service wasn’t really the greatest. we just ordered and he rang us up then were out. it won’t deter us from coming again as they had lots of other flavors i’d like to try.
Great ice cream!! We all got different flavors and they all tasted great! I had the cotton candy ice cream with sprinkles and m&ms, another had chocolate with more chocolate … the options are very endless here! Inside was clean and inviting. If we are back in the area we will definitely have to come back!
Delicious ice cream, clean, and quiet environment. Close enough to eat ice cream on the beach. Gentleman behind the ice cream bar was super nice!
We discovered this gem of an ice cream 🍦 shop towards the end of our vacation in Destin. I'm glad we didn't find it sooner because I would have gone every day! My family said this is the best ice cream they've ever had. I agree. The store is very clean, the customer service was excellent and best of all, unlimited toppings!!
The black guy with the bad hair cut and bad attitude was so rude. Mood and attitude was horrible! NO EYE CONTACT WIYH CUSTOMERS. Screaming whos next, instead of saying can i help whos next. We came from out of town and wanted some ice cream so we came here. Instantly he was mad and irritated that we asked to sample flavors. Just go to ICE CREAM SHOPPE.ZERO STARS IF I COULD. NEVER COMING BACK
