I came up here today with my family and the ice cream was amazing as well as the costumer service. There is a marble slab by my job across the bay and it is no where near as good at this one. This one and the one on Schillinger are amazing. The prices are a little hefty, but so is everything nowadays so that isn’t their fault. The employees were very nice and even made suggestions as to what to get. The bigger girl took our order and she was the best she even convinced us to upsize because it was only a dollar more. Whoever is running this place is running it right!! Kudos to you for hiring the best staff and making some amazing ice cream. We will definitely be back! Well Mrs.Crystal the reason the teenagers were so rude is because they are all new…. The General manager I believe her name is Jessica tried to bring back an Old Manager to let her fire everyone because she couldn’t manage the store herself aparently bc I’ve seen that old manager before and she was just rude as can be every encounter I’ve had with her.There was the sweetest people there a couple months ago Trenity, Alicia and some dark complex guy I never caught his name because he never checked me out but the girls were super sweet and hard working as well as him.But the Manager always worked some of them off the clock and let a 17 year old close the store with another minor. Pulled two hairs out of my ice cream. Gross.
I’ve come here many times because they’ve always accommodated my allergies, but today not only were they rude but told me they didn’t accommodate allergies. It’s so sad how raunchy and poorly managed this place has become. Do better marble slab.
This place not only has great treats but absolutely wonderful service! Trinity and Deshawn were fabulous and so helpful! Will be back for sure.
